With decades of experience and an established record of leadership in plastic surgery, Dr. Jeffrey Kenkel is recognized as one of the best facial plastic surgeons in Dallas and Frisco, Texas. Dr. Kenkel is the Chair of the Department of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern. He is the past president of The Aesthetic Society, the leading professional organization of plastic surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and who specialize in cosmetic plastic surgery. In addition, he is the past president of the Dallas Society of Plastic Surgery and served as a director of the ABPS.

He actively advocates for new, proven technologies, speaking around the country about lasers and light-based technologies that are an integral part of facial rejuvenation. His research focuses primarily on laser and light-based devices and their tissue interaction. He has developed a non-invasive imaging center to help assess the aging process and the impact of devices on aging.

His clinical practice focuses on facial plastic surgery and nonsurgical facial rejuvenation. He sees patients at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Outpatient Surgery Center. He operates primarily there and at Clements University Hospital. Dr. Kenkel also serves patients in Frisco at the UT Southwestern Plastic Surgery Clinic.
