Dr. Setty was one of the first plastic surgeons in the area to offer FaceTite and BodyTite by InMode, which uses radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL) for skin tightening and fat reduction. Dr. Setty obtained his undergraduate degree at Columbia University in New York, NY where he graduated with honors with distinction. Dr. Setty earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. He then diligently completed his residency training in plastic surgery at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO. For further specialization, Dr. Setty then held two one-year fellowships in hand surgery and plastic surgery. This prestigious training was fulfilled at the world-renowned Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at the New York University Medical Center in New York, NY.

Dr. Setty was in a car accident when he was 17 years old and suffered burns to his arms and face. He had skin graft surgery to his arms and hands and was in a burn center for almost three weeks. That experience got him interested in medicine and specifically surgery. He was treated at the Ohio State Burn Center, and he attended Ohio State for medical school. The plastic surgeon that took care of him while he was in the burn center gave a lecture at Ohio State on plastic surgery. Dr. Setty really enjoyed the lecture, and that is what got him interested in the field of plastic surgery.
